The Price includes Bed Linen, Towels, Bathrobes, Slippers, Hairdryer, Disposable Toothbrushes, Hygiene Utensils, Wash Lotion, Wet Wipes, Condoms, Sex Toys (on request), Wi-Fi (free of charge), Bluetooth Music Box and a Bottle of Water.
We are located directly at the Highway Exit, Discreet not visible Parking we have behind the house.
Use of our large modern Kitchen with Induction Stove, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Side by Side Refrigerator with Freezer, Sandwich Toaster, Senseo Coffee Maker and Dolce Gusto Coffee Maker with Tabs, Dishwasher. Spins and Safes in the vault are available.
In addition, you will receive a Wellness Package ( Bath Balls, Massage Oil, etc.) from us at the expense of the House.

Cancellation Conditions & Cancellation Fee
STORNO sounds unpleasant and it is – not only for you, but also for us! It’s a great pity if you can’t take your well-deserved short holiday. However, we ask for your understanding that a cancellation free of charge is only possible up to 4 weeks before arrival.
- You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the room price, you can rebook free of charge (provided we have not suffered any loss).
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the room rate, rebooking is possible with 50% deduction of the booking rate.
- In case of cancellation within the last 7 days prior to arrival, we have to charge 80% cancellation and/or rebooking fee of the room price if the room can no longer be rented.
